Insurance
Our low rates put affordable healthcare well within reach for uninsured patients. If your insurance plan is not listed, please call us, and we’ll happily check if we accept your insurance.
If we can’t verify your insurance or coverages, you can pay the full cash price and be reimbursed when the claim is paid. We will submit the insurance forms on your behalf.

Patient Portal
We encourage our existing patients to handle all requests through the patient portal. The patient portal allows you to request medication refills, email with your doctor or other office staff, schedule and view appointments, review lab results, and more. Make access even easier by downloading the myHealthSpot app for your Apple or Android device.

**Complete Physicals include: Full Body Exam, Blood Count (CBC), Chemical Profile, Lipid Panel, Thyroid Screening (TSH), Urinalysis, & EKG. Rectal with PSA and Hemoccult is an additional $30. PAP smears and Pelvic exams are an additional $50.
